Managing Director & Co-Founder
Martin Crocker
Martin is the Managing Director and co-founder of Complete Construction Salisbury, which he proudly launched in 2024 alongside his wife, Francesca. A bricklayer by trade, Martin has dedicated his entire career to the construction industry, building a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability and attention to detail. With extensive hands-on experience in extensions, renovations, conversions and new builds, he brings both practical expertise and strong leadership to every project. A father of four and an avid football fan, Martin also volunteers as a youth football coach, reflecting his commitment to teamwork, development and community. His vision for Complete Construction Salisbury is simple: to be a trusted, high-quality residential builder known for delivering reliable workmanship to the highest standards.

Operations Director & Co-Founder
Francesca Crocker
Fran is the Operations Director and co-founder of Complete Construction Salisbury, which she launched with her husband Martin in 2024 while continuing her full-time career as a Quality Improvement Manager in the social care charity sector. A proud mum of four, Fran balances family life with a strong professional drive and commitment to excellence. In June 2025, she joined the business full time, bringing with her extensive expertise in project management, systems development, communication and strategic planning. She is passionate about ensuring every project runs with clear processes, predictable timelines and transparent pricing, delivering a smooth and positive client experience from start to finish. Fran also champions the company’s commitment to working with and giving back to the local community, helping to build not only quality homes but strong, lasting relationships.

Administrator
Lindsey Guest
Lindsey is our part-time Administrator and plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her career to date has included working as a nursery nurse and cleaner, all while being a dedicated full-time mum of two. Lindsey brings warmth, enthusiasm and a real passion for supporting both the team and our clients. She oversees our social media, manages invoicing and handles day-to-day communications, so she’ll often be the friendly voice or first point of contact when you enquire with us. Her approachable nature and attention to detail help ensure a positive and seamless experience from your very first interaction with Complete Construction Salisbury.
Project Manager
Mark Taylor
Mark Taylor is our dedicated Project Manager, bringing extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the trade to every project he oversees. With a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence, Mark manages our projects on a daily basis, ensuring each one runs smoothly from start to finish. He maintains clear and consistent communication with clients, keeps progress on track, and upholds the highest standards of quality throughout every stage of the process. Mark’s leadership, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills ensure that every project is delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.
